If your country is not on the previous list, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org ) before you place any order and we will do our best to ensure that we can ship orders to you.
- PROCESSING TIME
Order processing time is about 3-6 business days. In some cases, processing may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed and other major holidays).
- Sometimes, If you order several products, the shipment may arrive in several packages to ensure that the ready product will be shipped immediately, without waiting for other products to be ready.

- Sometimes unforeseen delays occur due to mailing volume of shipping carriers, public holidays, peak periods, customs processing delays, inaccurate or incomplete shipment information (such as P.O. Box for receiver address, missing or inaccurate receiver telephone number), or unavailability or refusal of the receiver to accept delivery.
- INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
UNUSUAL is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
- Please make sure that you have entered the correct shipping details when at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are unable to alter the destination address at this stage.

- CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be canceled from customers after they have been placed.
- Important NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a shipping address within a country to which we do not ship or for any reasons that prevent us from shipping your order.
- DUTIES & TAXES
UNUSUAL is not responsible and has no control over customs inspections or sudden changes in strict custom. These circumstances may, unfortunately, delay the shipping time of your order. Any customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for further information.
- RETURN POLICY
If you find your item is not fitting quite right, or for any other reason, we are more than happy to do return or exchange.
But make sure the following is met:
- Items must be shipped out within 3 calendar days from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information.
- Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You must provide the tracking number with the name of your chosen shipping carrier. Our warehouse will not accept any return parcels without the information.
- The refunded money will exclude the shipping cost.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll email you to complete the process
We recommend returning your item back to us, then using your store credit to place a new order.
- SHIPPING COST
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that any orders purchased with store credit/ gift card is not eligible for return or exchange.
Kindly double check that the items you wish to return do not fall under this list. Please note that any on sale/discounted item(s) can’t be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.

Send an email to: ( email@example.com ) with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Please note... All color shades can slightly differ in each production run. The lighting may have an effect on the color(s) in the photos and the fabric color may appear slightly different in real life.
- RETURN PROCESS
- Email: ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) including your full name and order number. Attach photo(s) in the email if you have received a defective item or wrong color/style/size.
- We will review your return item(s) and send an email to update you on whether the request has been approved or denied.
- If your return is approved. Follow the instructions and ship your item(s) to the return address we provide in our reply.
- You must provide a valid tracking number with the name of your chosen shipping carrier. Our warehouse will not accept any return packages without this information.
- As soon as your return has been processed at our warehouse, we will send you an email on whether your returned item(s) are approved or denied.
